For trips that include one or more of the below

• Trips with departure dates at least 4 or more months away
• Trips that are 5 days or more
• Include more than 2 cities but less than 4
• Require hotel research and booking
• Require excursion options for at least 2 cities
• Require transfers to/from airports or between cities
• General advisement on local practices, logistics, and travel requirements
  
  

Baseline Advising Fee starting at $250, with additional fees assessed after your complimentary consultation call

For trips that include one or more of the below

• Trips with departure dates that are 3 or less months away and require priority attention
• Include 5+ different cities or countries
• Require hotel research and booking for at 5+ different locations
• Require excursion and touring options for at least 4+ different locations / 3+ days in a single location
• Require private or escorted transfers to/from airports and/or between cities
• Connect cruise itineraries to land itineraries
• General advisement on local practices, logistics, and travel requirements
